The Asiatique Riverfront is divided
into 4 main areas:
Charoen Krung– Charoen Krung is the largest section in the project where visitors can shop for
souvenirs and home decorations, packed up in more than a thousand shops. Part of
the area is dominated by the Joe Louise Traditional Thai Puppet Theater and the
Calypso Cabaret.

Downtown –
The Downtown area is
located at what it is supposed to be – the center of the project. The area is
allocated for outdoor activities, international restaurants, bars, and beer
gardens.

Factory – This portion features
numerous shops in a 100-year-old sawmill, renovated to look like a modern store.
It stands by the Chao Phraya River and covers more than 500 fashion
shops.

Riverside– The Riverside area lies on the
300-meter-long bank of the Chao Phraya looking over the panoramic view of the
river. It boasts international cuisines including Japanese, Italian, Thai,
Chinese, and even seafood.

The Asiatique Riverfront is open every day from 5.00 pm to 0.00 am. It
is accessible by car through Charoen Krung Road, located between Soi Charoen
Krung 72 and 76, and its parking lot embraces more than 2,000 cars. You can also
get to the place by getting on the BTS Skytrain and drop off at Saphan Taksin
Station, then take the Chao Phraya speed boat or Asiatique’s boat service right
to the destination. Within Asiatique you can also find the classic
tram service for your nostalgic
sightseeing.
